When you feel like you need to draw attention to your subconscious, you tell yourself positive affirmations.
“I am doing exercise”.
Note that the phrase is positive, it is useless to say “I am not on my Facebook”. “No” is a word that the subconscious does not understand.
Let me give you an example: I want you NOT to imagine a pot-bellied clown running around your living room.

You already realized that it is impossible for the brain not to form the image of the clown. That happens because you cannot imagine a “no”.
Note that the statement “I am exercising” is said in the present tense. Exclaiming a statement in the future does not work.
It is clear that you are not exercising, but if you repeat it several times, with enthusiasm and conviction, you create an imbalance in the subconscious, between what you say and what is happening at that moment.
If you affirm it with the conviction that “you are exercising”, the subconscious will give you the energy to start what you set out to do. You need to use only and only positive statements and make sure that they are in the present tense. This is how positive affirmations work – so better make worthy use of them.
